Cancelling renewal stops your MENO subscription from renewing after the current paid billing period. It does not end your subscription immediately: your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Who can cancel a renewal
The Owner can access Settings → Billing and manage the workspace subscription. Billing is hidden or restricted for Admins and lower roles. If you cannot open the Billing page, ask the workspace Owner to complete the cancellation.
Cancel your renewal
- In the MENO dashboard, open Settings → Billing.
- In the current plan banner, review the displayed billing cycle and renewal date.
- Select Cancel Renewal.
- Complete the cancellation-reason form shown by MENO.
- Submit the form to confirm the request.
The Billing page also includes Billing History. It lists issued invoices or transactions with date, amount, and description or status information, and provides an invoice download action where available.
After you submit the form, MENO sends the cancellation request to Stripe. The subscription is set to cancel at the end of the current period.
What happens after cancellation
Your current subscription stays active through the end of the already-paid billing period. The cancellation prevents renewal after that date; it does not remove access on the day you submit the request.
Use the renewal date shown on the Billing page to understand when the current period ends. If you have already paid for time remaining in the period, cancellation does not end that time early.
Other subscription options
The Billing page also includes Manage Subscription, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. Depending on the Stripe configuration, the portal can provide options for payment methods, billing information, shipping information, subscription changes or upgrades, cancellation, and billing or invoice history.
For a direct cancellation from MENO, use Cancel Renewal in the current plan banner. This starts MENO’s cancellation-reason flow and schedules the subscription to end at the period boundary.
