How Do I View and Manage Orders?

Restaurant users can manage customer orders from the Orders section in MENO.

To view orders:

Open Orders from the MENO dashboard.
Review the available orders.
Use the search option to find a specific order when required.
Use the available filters to narrow the order list.
Select an order to view its details.

The Orders section provides information such as:

Order ID
Customer information
Phone number
Date and time
Outlet
Order status
Order amount
WhatsApp order information
Feedback information

Orders can also be filtered by status and date range.
