Use the Orders area in the merchant dashboard to review placed orders and keep their status up to date. Each order is a transaction record: its contents stay fixed after placement, while its status can be changed as the order progresses.
Review the orders list
Open Orders in the merchant dashboard to see the available order records. Select an order to open its details.
The order page records the order as it was placed. It can show the ordered items and quantities, including variations, required options, optional extras or add-ons, and prices where applicable. It also shows the bill summary and relevant customer and order information. Depending on the order, this can include the subtotal, coupon discount, VAT or tax display, delivery fee, total, savings, order type, payment-method choice, customer contact details, and delivery-address data.
Change an order status
- Open the order you need to manage from the Orders list.
- Review the recorded details so you are updating the correct order.
- Change the order status to reflect the order’s current progress.
Order status is the only part of a placed order that can be changed by a merchant. Use it to keep the order record current; do not expect a status update to alter the order itself.
For assigned outlets, an Outlet Operator with the order-related access rule can view orders, open their details, and change order status.
What cannot be changed
After an order is placed, MENO does not allow merchants or team members to change its order payload. This means you cannot edit:
- Ordered items or quantities
- Prices
- Customer choices, variations, options, or extras
- Delivery or customer data recorded in the order
Orders also cannot be deleted. They remain stored indefinitely under the current implementation.
If you open Live Order from an order, it opens the customer-facing order overview. That page is read-only and is for viewing the order rather than managing it.
