The Branding page controls the customer-facing visual identity for your MENO workspace. Use it to set the logo, colours, and welcome-screen appearance that customers see when they open your outlet experience.
Set your workspace branding
Add your logo to represent your business or restaurant in the customer-facing experience. The logo is part of the welcome page and can also appear in customer-facing outlet information.
Choose a primary color for your workspace. This color is used in customer-facing menu and ordering elements, including active category chips, main call-to-action controls, and other themed elements.
Set a welcome-page background image to define the appearance of the intro or welcome screen. You can also add an optional background color overlay. When you use an overlay, select its color and set its opacity.
The phone mockup on the Branding page previews the intro/welcome screen. Review this preview after adjusting your logo, primary color, background image, or overlay settings so you can see how the customer-facing welcome screen will look.
Use branding consistently across outlets
Workspace branding is shared across your outlets. The primary color, welcome-page background image, optional background overlay, overlay color, and overlay opacity are not independently overridden for individual outlets.
An outlet can have its own logo override. Use the outlet-level logo when a specific outlet needs a different logo from the workspace logo. This is the only confirmed outlet-level branding override; the other branding controls continue to use the workspace settings.
Choose what customers see
Use the workspace logo and welcome-screen settings when your outlets should have one consistent identity. If an outlet has a distinct local identity, update only that outlet’s logo override while keeping the shared workspace colors, background, and overlay settings in place. This keeps customer-facing menu controls themed consistently while allowing the outlet logo to differ where needed.
Review the customer-facing result
The welcome page can present your branding background and overlay together with the business or restaurant logo, name, and outlet information. Use the preview to check the shared welcome-screen appearance after you set the workspace branding. The same workspace primary color is also used when customers browse menus, including the selected category chip and main action controls.
If your workspace has more than one outlet, decide whether every outlet should use the workspace logo or whether one outlet needs its own logo. Keep the remaining branding choices at workspace level, because they are shared rather than separately configured for each outlet.
