The MENO Dashboard gives you an outlet-specific view of recent activity, revenue, popular items, and available analytics. Before reviewing any dashboard information, check the outlet selector. The Dashboard is outlet-centric, so the analytics and dashboard information shown relate to the outlet currently selected.

Choose the outlet you want to review

Use the outlet selector to view the Dashboard for the relevant outlet. Analytics displayed on the Dashboard correspond to that selected outlet. When you need to review a different outlet, change the selected outlet first, then review the dashboard data shown for it.

Review recent orders

The Recent orders section lists recent orders for the selected outlet. Select an order to open its customer-facing Live Order view.

Live Order is a read-only order overview. It lets you review the order as it appears in the customer-facing experience; it does not provide an order-editing action.

Understand the revenue figure

The Dashboard revenue figure is limited to the selected outlet and the current month. It includes delivered orders only.

This means the revenue total does not represent every order that has been placed. An order must have been delivered to be included in this dashboard revenue calculation.

Check top-selling items

The top-selling items section shows item counts based on all placed orders for the selected outlet. These counts are not limited to delivered orders.

Because the two measures use different order sets, top-selling-item activity and the revenue total should not be interpreted as using the same calculation: revenue includes delivered orders only, while top-selling-item counts include all placed orders.

Use dashboard analytics

Dashboard analytics can include scans by location or country, visits by source, and scans versus visits over time. A date-range filter is available for analytics views. Other outlet analytics, such as traffic, source, or device data, may also be available where shown.

Use the date range to focus the analytics view on the period you want to examine. Keep the outlet selector in mind when comparing results, because the Dashboard analytics remain tied to the selected outlet.

Complete setup when prompted

If onboarding is incomplete, the Dashboard displays a Complete your setup banner. Its button resumes the onboarding wizard from the first step that is incomplete or was skipped. The greeting and workspace card also includes a quick link to manage outlets.
