An outlet seat is subscription capacity for one active outlet. Your MENO Pro base subscription includes one outlet seat, and that included seat cannot be removed. If you need more active outlets, purchase outlet add-on seats; each add-on provides one additional outlet seat.
Only the workspace Owner can access Settings → Billing. The Billing page includes the current plan, billing cycle and renewal date, and an Outlet Add-on section.
Add an outlet seat
Before adding a seat, decide how many active outlets your workspace needs. You may have more purchased seats than active outlets, but every additional active outlet requires an add-on seat.
- Open Settings → Billing.
- In the Outlet Add-on section, add the number of outlet seats you need.
- Review the billing details for your subscription.
All outlet add-ons use the same billing cycle as your base subscription. For example, add-ons on an annual base subscription are billed annually; add-ons on a monthly base subscription follow the monthly cycle.
### If your workspace is in trial
You can add outlet seats during the trial. To purchase or add seats during this period, add a payment method first. MENO does not charge for the added seats immediately during the trial, and the seat change is made without a separate Stripe Checkout session.
When the trial ends, the invoice includes the base plan and the purchased outlet add-ons that are active at that time.
### If your subscription is already paid
When you purchase additional outlet seats during an active paid billing period, Stripe prorates the cost for the remaining time in that period and charges the prorated amount at that time. Your next renewal invoice includes the normal full recurring amount for the base plan and its add-ons.
The documented annual billing interface shows an outlet add-on price of USD 180 per year for each additional outlet seat. If you use a monthly billing cycle, check the current billing configuration for the applicable add-on amount.
Remove an outlet seat
You can schedule removal only for an add-on seat, not for the base seat. You can remove an add-on only when the workspace has more purchased seats than active outlets.
For example, if you have three purchased seats and two active outlets, one add-on seat can be scheduled for removal. If all purchased seats are needed by active outlets, reduce the number of active outlets before scheduling a seat removal.
A scheduled removal does not produce a refund for the remaining current billing period. The seat stays usable until that period ends, then is removed from the subscription at the next billing cycle.
