When a MENO subscription lapses, your workspace data is preserved. MENO does not delete workspace data simply because a subscription has ended or the workspace has moved to the free state. Under the current implementation, that data is preserved indefinitely.

This means a subscription change affects access to the workspace and its customer-facing experience, not the continued storage of the workspace data.

If you cancel renewal

Choosing Cancel Renewal does not end access immediately. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period that you have already paid for. At the end of that period, MENO preserves the workspace data rather than deleting it.

If a payment fails

When an invoice is due but remains unpaid, MENO begins a 30-day grace period. During this period, customer-facing links remain available and customers can continue browsing and placing orders. However, workspace users cannot edit the catalog or outlets until the invoice is paid.

If the invoice is still unpaid when the grace period ends, the workspace is downgraded to the free state. No workspace data is deleted as part of that downgrade.

What changes in the free state

The free state is restrictive, but it does not remove your data. In this state:

  • Customer-facing links are disabled and return an unavailable result.
  • Dashboard and other product operations are blocked.
  • Restricted features display an upgrade-subscription message.
  • Your workspace data remains preserved.

Orders also remain retained indefinitely under the current implementation. Users cannot delete orders.

Restore access to your workspace

You can restore access to preserved workspace data by subscribing again. If the workspace entered the free state after an unpaid invoice, first pay the pending invoice, then purchase or activate a subscription again.

After access is restored, MENO can restore access to the preserved workspace data. Customer-facing links and blocked features remain unavailable until the subscription is restored.
