When a subscription payment becomes due but the invoice is not paid, MENO issues an invoice and starts a 30-day grace period. Your workspace remains available to customers during this period, but some merchant actions are restricted until the invoice is paid.

During the 30-day grace period

Your customer-facing outlet links remain available. Customers can continue to browse and place orders, and orders continue to work as usual.

To prevent further changes while payment is outstanding, workspace users cannot edit the catalog or outlets during the grace period. Pay the pending invoice to remove this restriction.

If payment is not completed

If the 30-day grace period ends without payment, the workspace is downgraded to the free state.

In the free state:

  • Customer-facing links are disabled and return a 404 or unavailable result.
  • Product operations are blocked.
  • Restricted areas display an upgrade-subscription message or tooltip.
  • Your workspace data is not deleted.

MENO preserves workspace data indefinitely under the current implementation, even when a workspace becomes free or a subscription lapses.

Restore your workspace

To restore a workspace after it has entered the free state:

  1. Pay the pending invoice.
  2. Purchase or activate a subscription again.

After both steps are completed, the workspace can be restored from the free state.
