Delivery zones define where an outlet can deliver and the delivery rule that applies in each area. An outlet can have more than one zone, allowing different coverage areas to use different delivery fees or free-delivery thresholds.
Each delivery zone belongs to the outlet that uses it. Set up zones when you want MENO to evaluate a customer’s delivery location against the outlet’s configured coverage and use the applicable zone-based rule.
Enter the zone details
When creating a delivery zone, enter the following commercial details:
- Zone Name: a clear internal name for the coverage area.
- Country: select the country for this zone. A zone’s country is selected per zone and does not have to be the same as the country of the workspace subscription.
- Delivery Fee: the fee that applies to delivery in this zone.
- Free Over: an optional free-delivery threshold. When a qualifying order amount meets the configured threshold, the delivery fee for that zone can become free.
Then define the geographic coverage using one of the available zone types.

### City or Multiple Cities
Use City / Multiple Cities when the same delivery rule should apply to an entire city or to a group of cities. Select the country for the zone, then select one or more cities from the available city data. Set the delivery fee, add a Free Over threshold if needed, and save the zone.
A single city-based zone can cover multiple cities when they should all use the same delivery fee and free-delivery rule.
### Draw on Map
Use Draw on Map when coverage needs to be more specific than a whole city. This can include part of a city, a neighbourhood, a group of streets, or different areas within the same city that need different delivery fees.
Enter the zone name, country, delivery fee, and optional Free Over threshold. In the map editor, search for an area or use Locate Me, then zoom and pan to the required location. Draw the exact delivery coverage on the map and save the drawn area as the zone.
Draw on Map defines the coverage by the area you draw. It is not a fixed-radius setting around a point.
Use multiple zones
Create separate zones when different delivery areas need different delivery fees or free-delivery thresholds. For example, one zone can cover one part of a city while another covers a different part with another fee.
Review nearby or overlapping coverage areas carefully before saving. The documented behaviour does not define which zone takes precedence if a customer location is inside more than one zone for the same outlet.
What customers experience
When delivery zones are enabled for an outlet, customers must select or confirm a delivery location before continuing. MENO evaluates the selected geographic point or address against that outlet’s configured zones. If the location matches a zone, the applicable delivery rule can be used for the order.
If you need delivery without automated delivery-zone enforcement, MENO also supports free delivery and a manual delivery-fee path. In the manual-fee path, the delivery charge is finalized between you and the customer outside MENO.
