A workspace is your top-level MENO business environment. It contains your catalog, outlets, team, billing, and shared settings. An outlet is a customer-facing branch or location within that workspace.
Use multiple outlets when the same business operates from more than one location and each location needs its own customer-facing ordering endpoint. Each active outlet has its own customer-facing link and QR code.
How outlets relate to your workspace
Keep locations that belong to the same business in one workspace. This lets the outlets use the workspace’s shared catalog rather than requiring you to build a separate catalog for every branch.
A workspace can have more than one outlet when it has enough outlet-seat capacity. A MENO Pro subscription includes one outlet seat. Each additional active outlet requires an additional outlet add-on seat. You can have more purchased seats than active outlets.
If you need to change the number of seats, do so through your subscription and billing controls. An add-on seat can be scheduled for removal only when the workspace has more seats than active outlets.
Use one shared catalog across outlets
The catalog is primarily shared at workspace level. Your items, categories, variations, add-ons, and related catalog data belong to that shared catalog.
This means you can create an item once and use it across your outlets. A business with two locations can maintain one set of products while deciding separately how each outlet presents and sells them.
Items can also use outlet or menu custom pricing where configured. Availability and menu composition can be configured per outlet. This allows an item in the shared catalog to be offered differently at different locations without treating it as a separate workspace catalog.
Set menus for each outlet
An outlet can have its own menus. A menu is a curated set of catalog items shown through an outlet. Use outlet-specific menus to control which shared catalog items customers can browse at that location.
For each outlet, review the menu composition, item availability, and any supported outlet or menu pricing overrides. Use the shared catalog and outlet-specific menu controls to represent the selection and pricing that apply at that location.
Customers see the menus that are available in the outlet they are visiting. On the customer menu page, they can use the menu switcher to choose another menu that is available in that same outlet. Search also applies to the current menu only.
Configure each outlet as its own location
Although outlets share the workspace catalog, each outlet can have its own operational and customer-facing settings. These can include the outlet name and description, country, currency, address or location, contacts and social links, opening hours and timezone, WhatsApp ordering number and setting, pickup and delivery configuration, delivery zones, menus, languages, logo override, payment-method choices, and customer-facing link and QR code.
Check these settings for every outlet before sharing its link or QR code. An active outlet provides its customer-facing link and QR code. If an outlet is disabled, customers see an Outlet Disabled page instead of the normal outlet experience. If it is closed according to its configured hours, customers can still browse and add items to their cart, but they cannot complete checkout or place an order.

- Maintain products in the shared catalog.
- Configure each outlet’s menus, availability, and supported pricing separately.
- Set each outlet’s country, currency, location, contacts, social links, hours, fulfilment options, and customer-facing settings.
- Share the link or QR code for the specific outlet customers should use.
