Customers can save delivery addresses in the Address Book of their MENO customer profile. Saved addresses are linked to the customer’s verified phone number, which is the customer identity used by MENO.
Open the Address Book
A logged-in customer opens the profile icon to reach the customer account area, then selects Address Book. The account area also includes the customer’s profile details, logout, and My Orders.
Add an address
Customers can add an address from the Address Book. A saved or new delivery address can include:
- An address label
- A map or location pin
- A human-readable address
- Building or cluster name
- Apartment and floor, or villa number
- An optional landmark
Each customer can keep up to three saved addresses. Before adding an address, customers should check whether they have reached this limit.
Customers must choose one of these labels for every saved address:
- Home
- Work
- Other
Each label can be used only once. For example, a customer cannot save two addresses both labelled Home. They can save one Home, one Work, and one Other address.
Edit, delete, or set a default address
From the Address Book, customers can edit a saved address when its details change. They can also delete an address they no longer need and maintain a default address. If a customer already has three saved addresses, deleting an address makes room for another one.
When editing an address, the customer should keep the label rule in mind: no duplicate Home, Work, or Other labels can exist at the same time.
Use an address for delivery checkout
For a Delivery order, checkout includes the selected delivery address. A customer may use a saved address or add a new one as part of the delivery-address flow.
Saving or selecting an address does not by itself confirm that delivery is available. The selected location must still meet the outlet’s delivery-zone rules. If the delivery location is outside the outlet’s eligible zone, it cannot be used to complete delivery for that outlet.
If saved addresses are missing
Saved addresses belong to the customer’s verified phone identity. If the verified phone number changes, MENO changes the customer identity context and data connected to the previous verified number, including saved addresses, is not carried to the new identity. The customer may need to authenticate again and add addresses for the new verified number.
