Customers can review their previous orders from the My Orders area of the MENO customer experience. This gives them a convenient way to check an order’s progress and reopen its details after placing it.
Where customers find My Orders
Customers open the customer account/profile area from the profile icon. The account landing page includes My Orders, alongside the customer’s profile details, Address Book, and logout option.
My Orders is limited to the current outlet
My Orders shows orders for the outlet the customer is currently viewing. It is not a single, global history that combines every MENO order the customer has placed across different outlets or merchants.
For example, when a customer is viewing Outlet A, My Orders displays their orders for Outlet A. If they later view Outlet B, the order list is scoped to Outlet B instead. Orders from one outlet are not combined into the list for another outlet.
This is important when supporting customers who say that an older order is not visible. Ask them to check that they are viewing the same outlet where the order was placed before opening My Orders.
What an order card can show
Each order card can show useful at-a-glance information, including:
- The current order status
- The placed date and time
- The order total
- Item thumbnails and quantities
- A Send on WhatsApp action
- A Rate Order action when the order is eligible for rating
Selecting an order can open the customer-facing order overview. This overview is read-only: customers cannot edit the order there. It can display the order status and ID, ordered items and quantities, configured options, notes, bill summary, order type, payment-method choice, and the customer and delivery details that apply to the order.
WhatsApp and rating actions
When a customer selects Send on WhatsApp, MENO opens WhatsApp with the order message and order link prefilled.
Rate Order is available only after an order has the Delivered status and only if the customer has not already rated that order. Once the order has been rated, the normal Rate Order action is no longer shown for it.
Supporting customer questions
When discussing order history with a customer, first confirm the outlet they are currently viewing. Then use the order card and read-only order overview to help them check the order status and details. For a customer looking for an order from a different outlet, direct them to view that outlet first; My Orders will not aggregate their orders across outlets or merchants.
