Customers can open the Outlet Info area from the top-right menu/info control in the customer-facing outlet experience. This popup or page gives them key details about the outlet they are currently viewing, along with ways to contact it, open relevant links, and share its link.

Information customers can view

The Outlet Info area can show the business or restaurant logo and name, outlet name, and outlet description. It can also include social links and the outlet’s available contact and location details:

  • WhatsApp order/contact number
  • Mobile number
  • Landline
  • Website
  • Address
  • Google review link

Customers can also see the outlet’s current Open or Closed state, its full opening hours, and links to the Privacy Policy and Terms.

Only contact and social blocks that have been configured are shown. For example, if an outlet does not have a landline configured, customers will not see a landline entry in Outlet Info.

What happens when customers select a contact option

Configured contact and link entries in Outlet Info are interactive. The action depends on the type of information selected:

Open and closed status

The state shown in Outlet Info is calculated from the outlet’s configured timezone and opening hours. Customers can expand the opening-hours section to view the full weekly schedule.

This means the status and schedule customers see are tied to the individual outlet they are viewing, using that outlet’s configured hours and timezone.

Sharing an outlet

Customers can use the share icon in Outlet Info to share the link for the current outlet. MENO uses the device or browser’s native share functionality for this action.

The shared link is for the outlet currently open in the customer-facing experience. This lets customers pass that outlet’s link to another person using the sharing options available on their device or browser.
