An outlet is a branch, location, and customer-facing endpoint within your MENO workspace. A workspace can have multiple outlets when it has sufficient outlet-seat capacity.

Check outlet-seat capacity first

Your MENO Pro base subscription includes one outlet seat, which supports one active outlet. The included base seat cannot be removed. Each additional active outlet needs an outlet add-on seat, and add-on seats always use the same billing cycle as the base subscription.

You can have more purchased seats than active outlets, but you cannot create another active outlet without available seat capacity.

If you are on a trial and need an additional seat, add a payment method before purchasing it. The add-on is not charged immediately during the trial. When the trial ends, the invoice includes the base plan and the active purchased outlet add-ons.

During an active paid billing period, Stripe prorates the cost of an additional outlet seat for the remaining time in the period and charges that prorated amount immediately. The next renewal invoice includes the normal recurring amount for the base plan and add-ons.

The documented annual billing interface shows an additional outlet seat at USD 180/year and the base annual plan at USD 290/year. Treat pricing as current billing configuration: do not infer a monthly add-on price from the documented annual amount.

An add-on seat can be scheduled for removal only when the workspace has more seats than active outlets. There is no refund for the remaining current billing period. The seat remains usable until the period ends and is removed from the subscription at the next billing cycle.

Create the outlet

  1. In the dashboard, open Locations and select Outlets.
  2. Use the outlet-creation action and enter the outlet’s core details.
  3. Complete the relevant outlet settings, then save the outlet.
  4. Configure a menu for the outlet so customers can browse its items.

An outlet can be configured with the following information and settings. Some settings may be completed after the outlet is created.

  • Core details: outlet name, description, country, and currency.
  • Location and contact details: address or location, contact methods, and social links.
  • Availability: timezone, opening hours, and whether pickup or delivery is available. Delivery settings can include delivery configuration and zones.
  • WhatsApp ordering: a WhatsApp order number and the setting that enables or disables WhatsApp ordering.
  • Menus and catalog controls: menus, item availability and menu composition, and item or menu pricing overrides where supported.
  • Customer-facing settings: outlet-specific languages, an outlet logo override, payment-method choices shown to customers, and the customer-facing link and QR code.

Create your first outlet during setup

The onboarding wizard creates the first outlet with a reduced set of important settings rather than every outlet setting. Its steps cover:

  • General: outlet name, description, country, currency, and WhatsApp ordering settings. Enter a WhatsApp order number when WhatsApp ordering is enabled.
  • Address: the outlet address or location.
  • Contacts: contact methods and social links.
  • Opening hours: the outlet’s opening-hours settings.
  • Menu: the first menu’s name and cover image, plus the items to include. Where the normal menu flow supports it, you can set a custom price.

Use the normal outlet management settings later for configuration that is not included in onboarding.

What happens after creation

Once an outlet is active, it has a customer-facing link and QR code that open its intro page. Its menus, availability, opening hours, delivery or pickup configuration, and ordering settings determine the customer experience for that outlet.

An outlet that is disabled does not show the normal customer-facing experience; customers see an Outlet Disabled page instead. This is different from an outlet that is simply closed according to its opening hours: customers can still browse menus and add items to the cart, but cannot complete checkout or place an order while it is closed.
